Refund policy

At Soft Modules for Kids, every product is made with care to provide safe, colorful, and high-quality soft play equipment for children.

We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at softmodulesforkids@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom-made products, personalized colors, special sizes, made-to-order items, and rental services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For safety and hygiene reasons, used soft play items cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
