All products, descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, lighting, and production process.

Soft Modules for Kids offers ready-made products, custom-made soft play modules, and rental services. Custom orders are made according to the details approved by the customer, including colors, sizes, shapes, and layout. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed defect or production error.

All soft play products must be used under adult supervision. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used safely and appropriately for the child’s age, size, and ability. Our products are designed for play, movement, and development, but they should not be used in unsafe ways or without supervision.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary due to product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or other business reasons.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Soft Modules for Kids is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.
