Shipping policy

Soft Modules for Kids ships orders within the United States.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order size, customization, and destination. Most standard orders are estimated to arrive within 5–10 business days after processing, but larger or custom orders may require additional time.

Some products may ship in multiple boxes due to their size. Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated at checkout or provided during the custom order process.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Soft Modules for Kids is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

For large custom orders, oversized products, or special delivery requests, we may contact you to confirm shipping details before fulfillment.

Local pickup or local delivery may be available for customers in the Seattle/Bothell area by prior arrangement.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at softmodulesforkids@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
